How are items shipped?
All domestic items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or First Class Mail. We are more than happy to send a delivery confirmation number. All international items will ship via USPS or other reliable mail carrier. Purchasers are responsible for International Shipping and Customs’ fees (if any), on their end. At this time, we are very pleased to offer free shipping for U.S. and Canada. *For Canvas or Acrylic prints, please allow a minimum of 14 days for production and delivery. For quality purposes, this service can’t be expedited!

We stand behind our goods and services and trust you will be happy with your purchase. In the event you’re not, we have two words to help you rest easy: Guaranteed. Period. We gladly accept returns postmarked within 60 days of the delivery date. Refunds are issued to your original payment method or in online credit. Refunds cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment. Returns must be received in new and unworn condition with original tags still attached. Final Sale items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. Original shipping is non-refundable. Sadly no refunds or exchanges are accepted for out of U.S. and Canada at this time.
How do I make a return?

-Please include the order number along with your return. We recommend shipping with insurance and keeping your shipping receipts until your return is processed. Naz Kobari Artistry is not responsible for missing, damaged, or lost packages in transit.
How long will it take to get my refund?
Please allow 5-8 business days for your return to be processed once it reaches our warehouse. We will send you a confirmation email once your refund has been issued. We won’t leave you hanging!
